German WWII navy ring ‘Wir fahren gegen Engelland’German patriotic ring with a ship and planes on the front plate, as well as inscription “Wirfahren gegen Engelland’, words from ‘Matrosenlied’ (sailor song). Both sides of the ring banddepict cutting through water torpedoes, another navy motive. Inside (behind the front plate)marked Ges. Gesch. Nr. 866, indicating that the design of the ring was legally protected. Verygood worn condition, minor loss of silver finish and black paint on the front plate. Rare.
Condition: Very good condition.
