KL Dachau Document Signed by Kommandant Heinrich Deubel
Rare notification letter written and handsigned by former KL Dachau concentration camp Kommandant Heinrich Deubel in 1936, that was sent to Polizeidirektion in Nürnberg-Fürth, regarding the bad behavior of the forced laborer Willi Murr. Deubel writes that due to the fact that he didn't behave and work properly, his release would be postponed for 3 months. After those 3 months, Deubel also says that despite the fact he could keep on with his bad performance at work, he would be forced to set him free because he couldn't retain his for more time in the camp. Interesting document with Dachau camp letterhead and also hand written on the reverse.Heinrich Deubel (19 February 1890 – 2 October 1962) was a German soldier, civil servant, World War I veteran and officer in the Schutzstaffel who served as commandant of Dachau concentration (1934-36) camp just after Theodor Eicke's promotion for camp system supervisor.
