Tractate Avot with the Ne'edar BaKodesh commentary by Rabbi Chaim Sanzer of Brody. Lemberg, 1862. First Edition.

" ... Purchase this book at its full price and the merit of the tzaddik, the author, will be aroused to request mercy for you, and rain upon you blessings and successes and you will be satiated with joy ..." (Approbation from the 'Shoel U'Meishiv')

Tractate Avot with a Kabbalistic commentary by the wondrous tzaddik, the sharp mitnaged, Rabbi Chaim Sanzer (I) of Brody, head of the renowned kloiz in Brody. Despite his opposition to Chassidut, all the Admo"rim called after him, "Mekudash." With the approbation of the Chassidic Admo"r Rabbi Chaim of Sanz (II!), author of Divrei Chaim

This book was printed for the first time from a manuscript that was in Rabbi Ephraim Zalman Margaliot's possession, with the approbation of Rabbi Yosef Shaul Nathansohn and others. With the approbation of Rabbi Chaim Halberstam of Sanz, author of Divrei Chaim. The person who brought it to print writes about the author's virtues in his foreword, and notes what is said in the name of '[many honorifics] the Ba'al Shem Tov, ' who expounded very much in the author's praise.

Refer to the Hebrew text for a brief biography of Rabbi Chaim Sanzer.
