Voice calling for help from Knesset Beit Yitzchak Yeshiva (Yiddish title as well – a hilps ruf) Probably printed in the USA during the thirties.
Letter in Hebrew, English and Yiddish. With a photocopy of the photographs of "Rabbi Yitzchak Elachanan Spector and Rabbi Baruch Dov Leibovitz", a year photo of the Kamenetz Yeshiva and a photocopied letter in the handwriting of Rabbi Chaim Ozer Grodzinsky and the Chafetz Chaim.
Knesset Beit Yitzchak Yeshiva was founded in Slabodka in memory of Rabbi Yitzchak Elchanan Spector of Kovna. It had thousands of students. In 1926, the Yeshiva moved to Kamenetz in order to escape the noise of the city. During that time, the poster before us was printed.
The head of the Yeshiva, Rabbi Baruch Dov Leibowitz was the student of Rabbi Chaim of Brisk. His novellae was printed in 'Birkat Shmuel' and in the writings of his students.
Size: 43X55 cm. Quality paper.
Condition: Good. Few stains. Folding marks. Slightly torn at the matgins.
