Iranian Amlash Culture Bull-Shaped Askos, 9th - 8th century BC; height cm 12,5, length cm 15; Modeled as a standing bull characterized by a cylindrical body, with four stocky feet, a small loop handle centered on the back and the spout on the rear side. Provenance: English private collection, according to the heirs possibly purchased in some auction or Art Gallery during 1970s-1980s.
