Ives, Blakeslee Co. Bridgeport, CT - 1875 Union Regiments typically had one/two women that accompanied them into battle. They helped tend to the wounded, run errands, etc. The young woman depicted here is believed to be from the 67th Regiment of New York City. It is a superior example. Near Pristine Condition (Missing tiny pieces of her wooden shoes)
