כתב יד חסידי קדום בשפת היידיש, בו לקט מדבריו הנודעים של הרה"ק רבי אהרן הגדול מקרלין בגנות העצבות ובמעלת השמחה ועניינים יסודיים נוספים בעיקרי ושרשי החסידות.
העניין הראשון, מפורסם ביותר בשמו של הרה"ק רבי אהרן הגדול מקרלין ומבואר בספר הק' בית אהרן בסדר היום דף ד: על מהות העצבות, ונסיון היצר הרע להפיל את האדם למרה שחורה. כן יתר העניינים, הינם מיסודות החסידות המובהקים, ונכתבו בסגנון מיוחד, בשפה אוטנטית מיוחדת, בנוסחם הקדום והמקורי של התורות.
בשולי כתב היד נזכר החסיד הקרלינאי החשוב רבי יצחק לעווין שהוא כותב ומעתיק השורות הללו, ומסרו ל[אחיו] ר' אברהם לעווין, בעיר ווארשא שנת כ"ח מרחשון תרפ"ו.

כתב יד נאה ומסודר. סימני קיפול ניכרים. כתמים ומריחת דיו, מצב טוב - טוב מאוד.
