De Spoliis Templi Hierosolymitani in Arcu Titiano Romae conspicuis, by Hadrianus Relandus.

A study by the well-known Orientalist Hadrianus Relandus on the Arcus Titi and the lost treasures of the Temple, with etchings (some of them folded) depicting the Temple vessels.

Hadrianus Relandus was a Dutch scholar and Orientalist; he dealt very much with the Land of Israel and the Middle East.

[2], 138, 26 index pages, 7 etchings. 16 cm (some of the engravings across the width), owner's notations from 1785.

Fine condition, aging stains.
