Rabbi Chaim Ze’ev Wolf Ellenbogen (c. 1828-1905), disciple of the author of Minchas Chinuch, who prepared that famous work for publication. Rabbi of Tchihan (Russia), and Satanov, and Dayan of Rzeszow from about 1880. Corresponded with the leading rabbinical scholars of his generation.
