מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, ב' מרחשון תשי"ד [1953]. מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו. המכתב נשלח אל הרה"ח אבא לוין בכפר חב"ד, אודות בריאות בנו שלום דוב: "הנה יעשה כפי שהורו לו שני הרופאים מומחים והשי"ת יצליח ויהי' בשעה טובה ומוצלחת, וביחד עם זוגתו תחי' יגדלוהו לתורה ולחופה ולמעשים טובים מתוך הרחבה". אגרת דואר אוויר. 30 ס"מ. מצב טוב. סימני קיפול. כתמים קלים. נקבים זעירים.
