A MEISSEN PORCELAIN FIGURINE, 19TH C.
A hand-painted polychrome porcelain figurine of a noble girl with a broken mirror. Modeled by Michel Victor Acier. A girl is dressed in a striped skirt and a blue cape with a hood looks bitterly at a broken mirror. Carefully executed details of clothing, especially ribbons and lace, individual details are emphasized by gilding. Marked on the bottom with crossed swords in underglaze blue.
