Letter from the Rebbe to the administration of the Yeshivat Tomchei Temimim in Kiryat Gat announcing his symbolic participation in expenses, signed by the secretary. Cheshvan 1979
Typewritten letter on official letterhead of the rabbi’s secretariat, from Chesvan 1979, addressed to the administration of the yeshiva, in which he writes in 3rd person: “in continuation of the 48 hitva’adut, in which the Admor Shlita encouraged the yeshivot to all increase their numbers of students…according to the need…he will send his symbolic participation totaling $120…”. Signature of the secretary Rabbi H. M. A. Chedkov. Many letters supposedly signed by the secretaries were actually the Rebbe himself signing using the secretary’s name. Filing holes, stain at the bottom, overall good condition. From the 7th Chabad Rebbe, the Admor Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson of Lubavitch (April 18, 1902 – June 12, 1994).
