'SCHWESTER PIA'
(1885 - 1981) Born Eleonore Baur, senior Nazi figure and the only woman to have participated in the Munich Beer Hall Putsch. Played a major role in the construction and administration of Dachau. Rare S.P., 4 x 5.5 in. b/w, a chest-up view of Pia with her Blood Order medal displayed prominently on her chest. Signed beneath the image in blue ink, with a typed identification label in German affixed to the verso. Very good.
