GERMAN BROADSIDE CRACKS DOWN ON OCCUPIED CZECHOSLOVAKIA
Third Reich broadside distributed in occupied Czechoslovakia, 19.5 x 14.25 in., declaring the Wehrmacht's implementation of numerous regulations 'for the defense of law and order'. These regulations include a military curfew, the banning of public gatherings and parades, the forced collection of all guns and explosives, and the forced collection of all radio transmitters not owned by the state. The text concludes that violence against German officials will not be tolerated, and violators would be severely punished. Undated. The document bears translations in both German and Czech, as well as a German national eagle at top. Clearly vintage pinholes present at the corners. Folds and creases, small chip at bottom, else very good.
