CUBAN INDEPENDENCE POLITICIANS, GENERALS AND NOTABLES
Fine collection of over 40 high-quality period postcards signed by ca. 1905 Cuban notables, including politicians, military leaders, journalists, etc. All of the postcards are signed on the face, some with lengthy inscriptions, and were sent to a lady living in Remedios. Signers include Julio Sanguily, Manuel Sanguily, Major Gen. J. M. Rodriguez, Julio Infante, Manuel Sobrado, Alfredo Zayas, Francisco Carrillo, Ramiro Ramirez, J. M. Govin, Rafael Menhan, Marta Abreu de Estevez, Julio San Martin, and many others unidentified by us. Absolutely worthy of research!
