(1894 - 1974) American aviator and aeronautical engineer, founder of Republic Aircraft and maker of the P-47. Excellent S.P., 8 x 10 in. b/w, an image of the Seversky SEV-3 low wing amphibian airplane in flight, boldly signed and dated Dec. 27, 1933 – the year of its creation. Fine.
