Watercolor on paper by Vyacheslav Kondratiev. The painting depicts a city street with an arch. Signed lower right "B. K.". Vyacheslav Sergeevich Kondratiev (1886–1979) Russian and Soviet painter, graphic artist, and set designer. The artist's paintings are presented in many Russian museums and private collections around the world.
