The letterhead: אגודת הרבנים דארה"ב וקנדה [Union of Orthodox Rabbis of the United States and Canada]. Signed by Rabbi Moshe Feinstein and two other rabbis regarding testimony for a get for a woman in New Jersey that was sent from her husband in Haifa and permission to remarry.
Very fine condition.
