Published at the end of the First World War, with the hope that prevailed in the country for the restoration of the agricultural settlement after the damage caused by the war. A unique encyclopedic book, rich in information about the history of agriculture in Israel, the present situation, and hopes for the future.

An extended edition with many additions compared to a different book which the author published in 1929.
Includes: Megillat Antiochus and Ma'aseh Yehudit, a discussion about the topic of the ten tribes, a detailed description of "the order of the chareidi settlement in Israel" from the period of the Ramban until the great rabbis in Israel in his period, the last one of whom was Rabbi Eliyahu Kletzkin.

a. Michtavei Hora'ah (Unterrikhtsbrief), by Shevach Walkowski. Letter 20 (out of a series of approximately 30 booklets which were printed). Cracow, circa 1910.
The text is in Hebrew with a translation and explanations in Yiddish. The booklet was intended to teach Hebrew and grammar in a professional and literary manner, though Zionist and Israeli texts. The content of the booklet: "Erev Pesach B'Moshava" by Zev Yavetz - a pioneering and picturesque description of the agricultural moshava in Israel; the poem "Kochav Nofel" by Yitzchak Katzenelson; learning of Ta'amei HaMikra, and other literary works. At the end of each text are lessons and explanations.

A hard cover was added to the booklet.
Condition: Good. The margins of the pages are a bit brittle.
