A. Delegate Card, the 12th Zionist Congress, Carlsbad, the Czech Republic, 1921.
Hebrew, English and German.
A card given to the delegate representing Palestine at the Zionist Congress, which enables him to participate in the official meetings of the Congress.
Observe: handwritten signature of the secretary of the Congress' Bureau and its official stamp.
Reverse: unequivocal instructions about using the card and the prohibition to give it to any other person. For example: "… when entering and leaving the meeting hall of the congress, he must show the card without being asked to do so".
Condition: Very Good. Small tears at the margins and few stains.
B. Visitor card of Yehuda Kopolowitz, the assistant of Trumpeldor and the 'Eternal Pioneer". The 21st Zionist Congress, Geneva, 1939, the eve of the Holocaust.
English, Hebrew and German.
Visitor card for guests of the congress. Given to Yehuda Kopolowitz of "South of the Dead Sea".
Yehuda Kopolowitz [Almog] (1895-1972), was a member of "Ha'Chalutz" in Russia, an assistant of Yosef Trumpeldor. During the 1930's he was a central figure in the building of the potash factory in the south of the Dead Sea and the establishment of a kibbutz in Sodom. After the establishment of the State, he was the first head of council of the Dead Sea. On his tombstone it is written: "Yehuda Almog, the eternal pioneer".
Condition: Very Good. Folding marks.
