A collection of original documents from the first Constituent Assembly of the State of Israel. The original copy of one of the delegates who took part in the assembly and swore allegiance to the State of Israel.
a. The document "The declaration of the delegates of the Constituent Assembly", with the precise wording of the declaration which each delegate had to swear separately.
b. "Tochnit HaTekes": 1. Dr Weizmann enters the hall and takes his place. 2. "Hatikva". 3. 3 bangs of the hammer…"request to the audience" - after the singing of Hatikva the audience will sit back down and wait for the representatives to leave in this order: a) The President of the State Council, b) The Prime Minister and members of the government, c) The members of the diplomatic corps, d) The representatives. Journalists may leave the hall earlier, quietly and through the door designated for them.
c. 20 pages - the report of the assembly, according to the order it took place. (pages 7-27, the first seven pages are missing).
d. The transition command to the Constituent Assembly, no. 39 for the year 1949.
e. The meeting rules of the temporary State Council.
f. The Law and Administration Ordinance, no. 1 for the year 1948.
