The book presents a collection of opinions of Zionist authors and activists from Israel and abroad who participated in a "survey" conducted by Keren Ha'Yesod among respectable activists in which they were asked to answer various questions related to the work of Keren Ha'Yesod, among others the way it raises funds and collects taxes for its activities.
The book contains many photographs from the life of the developing settlements in Israel.
On the first page and the back cover, an illustration by Meir Gur Arye, a Bezalel artist.
