Tzafnat Pane’ach, Tanina edition. First edition from the author’s lifetime, Dvinsk 1930
First section on the halachot of the Rambam, a deep and learned work by Rabbi Yosef Razin, Av Beit Din of Dvinsk—the Rogachover Rebbe. First edition. 91 leaves. Fragile paper, pages detached, stains, tears in the margins, binding detached without the spine, overall fair to good condition.
The title page has the author listed as “shlita”, on the back of the title page is taped a mourning notice for the author in Yiddish, from the Agudas Rabbanim of the United States and Canada. The blank first page has a signature: Gershon Segel. The title page and body of the work have stamps: “This book belong to Rabbi Haim Leib bar Aba Yosef Diamond, 252 Brumm Street, New York”.
