מכתב בחתימת-יד קדשו של האדמו"ר רבי יוסף יצחק שניאורסון – הריי"ץ מליובאוויטש. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, י"ט תמוז תש"א [1941].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של האדמו"ר הריי"ץ, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו "יוסף יצחק".
נשלח אל הרה"ח יוסף חיים שלמה שניאורסון (קרזנובסקי), גבאי בית כנסת חב"ד מאה שערים בירושלים, המכונה במכתב: "ידידי ש"ב [שאר בשרי]".
במכתבו מברך האדמו"ר: "השי"ת יחזקהו ויאמצהו ויתן לו ולבנו רי"ל שי' את פרנסתם בהרחבה וישמור אותם וב"ב [ובני ביתם] יחיו... מכל צו"צ נו"מ [צרה וצוקה נגע ומחלה] וישפיע להם שפעת חיים וברכה מרובה בגשמיות וברוחניות".
בראש המכתב (בצד שמאל) חותמת-דיו – כתובת מגוריו של האדמו"ר בברוקלין, ניו-יורק (770 Eastern Parkway Brooklyn N.Y.).
