Lengthy halachic responsum that covers three large pages and deals with the way two divorce documents are written due to an uncertainty. Entirely handwritten and signed by the Av Beit Din of Safed, the gaon Rabbi Avraham Leib Silberman.
Rabbi Silberman prepared his book Lev Avraham for print, including responsa and Torah commentaries, but it was never published. This responsum may have been meant to be part of the book.
