Mevaser Tzedek - Yalkut HaMelitzot. Work on the Chamisha Chumshei Torah and chapters of Psalms, by Rabbi Dovid Zvi Katzburg. Two sections. Budapest, [1931-1936]. The second section is especially rare. Signature of Rabbi Yissacher Shlomo Teichtal - signed at the height of the Holocaust.

Expansive compilation of commentaries and elucidations by Rabbi Dovid Katzburg, Hungarian rabbi. He was the noted editor of Tal Talpiot, the prominent Torah journal of Hungarian Orthodox Jewry which was published over a 24 year period. He also authored a number of works. Here are two sections. The second section, on Numbers and Deuteronomy, is not listed by the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book or Vinograd-Rosenfeld and is not in the National Library. Even the photo offset edition printed in 2000 in New York only included the first section.

Pedigreed copy: Owner signature of ישכר שלמה טייכטהאל, author of Mishne Sachir and Eim HaBanim Simeicha. Rabbi Yissachar Shlomo Teichtal [1885-1945] was the rabbi and Rosh Yeshiva of Piestany, in Nitra in Western Slovakia and was known by the name of his shu"t, Mishne Sachir. He also authored Eim HaBanim Simeicha (this work also appears in this catalogue). This book was signed by the author during his last years, and it mentions his last work.
