Ancient Greece > Macedonia > Neapolis, circa. 424-350 BC: AR Hemidrachm (11.5mm, 1.6g); facing Gorgoneion / head of nymph facing right in concave circle & vertical legend ΝΕΟΠ at right. Reference: SNG ANS 430-54; medallic alignment; GVF/AEF, nearly well centered on both sides & well struck, almost no porosity + no splits in the flan as commonly encountered on this issue.
