Roman Imperial coinage > Julia Mamaea, Augusta, AD 222-235: AR Denarius (20.75 x 20.5mm, 2.9g); draped bust facing right ('full' feminine face with slightly crooked nose), wearing stephane & legend IVLIA MA | MAEA AVG / Felicitas standing facing left with leg crossed, leaning left elbow on draped column and holding caduceus & legend FELICIT | A | S PVBLICA. References: RIC IV 335 (Alexander), RSC 17, BMCRE 483-5 (Alexander) var. (placement of reverse legend); in Mint State - well centered, excellent strike with strong detail & sharp portrait details + much luster; coin alignment at c. 45 degree rotation.
