Roman imperial coinage > Constantine I: AE follis (18.75mm, 3g), Thessalonica mint, 326-328 AD; obverse: laureate & draped head facing right & legend CONSTAN|TINVS AVG; reverse: six layered campgate with turrets on either side & star above and pellet in right field + legend PROVIDEN|TIAE AVGG around & mintmark SMTS Delta in exergue. General references: RIC VII Thessalonica 153, Sear 16254; GF/AVF, decent strike revealing most details + good portrait detail, well centered on obverse & nearly centered on reverse, with layer of residue on reverse; coin alignment.
