Germany: Graf Zeppelin photographic picture postcard of airship in the sky & handwritten title in German "Graf Zeppelin" over Nuremberg + date 2 X 28 below; without artist attribution; printer/publisher's mark (stylized L in circle) is on bottom left corner of photo. Unused: in near-mint condition; printed upside down on postcard stationary with ribbed edges. Depicted airship would be LZ 127: the commemorated date may have been LZ127's first flight over the city, prior to its first transatlantic flight starting 11 Oct.; its first commercial flight ever was on 18 Sept. 1928.
