3 volumes, a complete set of the Ein Yisrael [Ein Yaakov], “the book is a collection from the emunot and agadot and midrashim spread throughout the six sidrei Mishnah…compiled by the Rabbi Yaakov ben Haviv, gathering all of the ma’amarim by Rabbi Yehuda Aryeh of Modena in the work Beit Yehuda with Rashi and Tosafot and all the chiddushim written by the above sage…”. Printed by Tuviana, Livorno 1854. Printed based on the Venice 1738-1740 edition, but the “Diburei Tosafot Chadashim” is from the Verona printing (where they were printed at the end of the book, whereas here they are in their proper place). Three sections: Section 1—Brachot to Bitza, 268 leaves; section 2—Rosh Hashanah to Kiddushin, 244 leaves; section 3—Baba Kama to Uktzin, 266 leaves. Stains, light defects, original bindings with inscribed leather spines (a little worn). Overall good condition.
