A VINTAGE SATAVA STUDIO ART GLASS PAPERWEIGHT
A unique collectible glass paperweight by the Master glass artist Richard Satava. A beautiful design depicting an aquatic pink flower with branched stems in a white & pink base. Signed on the bottom.Satava blends old techniques to create original designs in glass, he was introduced to glassblowing in 1969, he was then educated at the College of San Mateo and California State University, Chico and eventually opened Satava Art Glass Studio in Chico in 1977.
