* Autograph. Draft or notes for Beit Elokei Yaakov by Rabbi Yaakov Ibn Atar. Includes notes for the Degel Machaneh Yehudah section, beginning with Parashat Beshalach. Start of the 20th century.
29 leaves, 21x13.5 cm. Oriental-Sephardic script. A small section of the book was printed in Jerusalem, 1924. Other sections are in manuscript form in the National Library in Jerusalem and other libraries. The author was Moroccan-born, a patriarch of the Moroccan community, and grandfather of former Israeli president Yitzchak Navon. He passed away in 1924. Not bound. Fine condition.

* Anthology of works by Aharon Sassoon ben Eliyahu Nachum. Baghdad, [1931].[1], 72 notebook papers. 17x11 cm. Oriental-Iraqi script.Leaves 1a-8a were written in Baghdad in 1931. Leaves 14a-19a, regarding the Hebrew calendar, were printed in 1931. Leaves 22a-70a relate to history and chronology.Aharon Sassoon ben Eliyahu Nachum (Baghdad 1872- Jerusalem 1962) was a Jewish educator in Baghdad, one of the patriarchs of Zionism. Soft cover. Fine condition.
* Drushim V'Chiddushim, most compiled from printed works. 20th century.41 leaves, 17x10.5 cm. Oriental-Sephardic script. A number of novellae are marked as the work of the copier. Leaves 23b-25b feature a commentary by Rabbi Chaim HaKohen that was printed in his Moadei Hashem (Leghorn, 1874). Notes and calculations at the beginning of the manuscripts, some in Ladino. Worn binding. Fine condition.
