8 leaves. 10x14 cm. Persian script with ktav malachim, letters combinations, and Arabic letters.
Instructions for the patient according to his sign of the zodiac. Ends with a colophon dated 1891.
Additional leaf at the end of the book with responsa regarding laws of ritual slaughter and a comment from a fundraiser from Jerusalem testifying that he saw a Torah scroll that was over 2,000 years old in the city of Diyarbakir [see Hebrew catalog text].
