Extremely rare. "Ha'emes Ve'hasholom Ahuvo" Controversy from Rabbi Shlomo Zev Klein, Av Beit Din of Colmar. Frankfurt, 1861

The pamphlet on the controversy was written when Rabbi Zechariah Frenkel published his sefer 'Derchei Mishnah', in which he did not mention the source of the Torah She'Baal Peh and also explained that the term "Halacha Le'Moshe Mi'Sinai" is a late interpretation, etc., Rabbi Shimshon Raphael Hirsch and other big rabbis opposed the sefer, And as Rabbi Shlomo Yehuda Rapaport came to his defense, Rabbi Shlomo Zev Klein wrote a pamphlet entitled "Ha'emes Ve'hasholom Ahuvo".

Without binding. Moth pinhole. Stains and little wear. Good- very good condition.
