With signature of the Rishon Letzion, Rav Moshe Mordechai Meyuchas- author of Brachos Mayim. On title page is signature of ownership:
Li Lemikneh Hamayi"m- It seems that this is the signature of
Rav Moshe Mordechai Yosef Meyuchas (Mayim) (5496-5566), son of the Pri Ha'adama and son-in-law of the Maharit Algazi. Learned in his youth in the company of the Chida, and served as a Shlucha Derabanon to collect funds in the diaspora for the Jerusalem poor. Of his sefarim, the following were printed: Sha'ar Hamayim (Salonika 5528) Brachos Mayim (Salonika 5549) and Responsa Mayim Sha'al (Salonika 5559).
