Text of a Catholic ritual of anathema (excommunication). The text commences instructing the gathering priests to be robbed in special black clothing, the cross should be covered as in in mourning, candles lit, and a series of Latin phrases are recited, including: Reuelabunt cali iniquitatem Iudæ (“Uncover the iniquity of the Jews).”
