An 18ct gold wristwatch by Vertex, the white enamel circular dial with Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds, signed Vertex, in cushion shaped case, 15 jewel lever movement signed Vertex, case stamped Vertex Made in England A.L.D and numbered 1400 45702, Birmingham hallmarks, 1940, gilt winding crown, case width 28mm, to later leather straps
Surface scratching and nicking to case, winding crown worn. Scratching and rubbing to glass. Dial is cracked including a series of cracks radiating from centre, there are further cracks and small chips to centre. Movement currently running though not tested for timekeeping, please note that Roseberys do not guarantee working order or time keeping of any automatic, mechanical, quartz or other timepiece.
