Most Remarkable Shulchan Aruch with Signature and Annotations.

Signature and Annotations.

Shulchan Aruch Choshen Mishpat with the Torah Cohanim commentary.
Slavita. Printed by Rabbi Shmuel Avraham son of the holy printer Rabbi Moshe Shapira zt”l.
272 Pages (missing one page).
Computerized Jewish Book Otzar: Item no. 53156.
Inscribed on the cover page in pen and pencil: “Rabbi Nachum BaHarav. This is known to be the signature of the Gabai of the Admor Rabbi Aharon of Chernobyl zt”l. It is a well-known fact that the name of his son, his heir, was inscribed in each Tzaddik of Chernobyl’s seforim. For example: “Rabbi Zusia BaHarav” etc.
Rabbi Menachem Nachum zt”l was the oldest son of the Tzaddik, Rabbi Aharon. He died in 1871, a year prior to his father, who died in 1872. It appears that shortly before Rabbi Aharon passed away, he chose to divide his sefarim among his sons, although ultimately Rabbi Menachem Mendel predeceased his father. The sefer is replete with copious notes and corrections, written by two people. Many of these annotations and some of the corrections appear in a handwriting extremely similar to that of Rabbi Aharon of Chernobyl.
It is well-known that most of the Chernobyl Admorim of the last century are descendants of Rabbi Menachem Nachum zt”l. It is rare indeed to discover sefarim with annotations from the earliest Admorim of Chernobyl.

Medium/Bad Condition.
