קבלה. עותק יחודי. ספר 'מבוא שערים' להמקובל האלוקי רבי חיים וויטאל זללה"ה. ירושלים, תרס"ד | 1904.
מסגרת השער וכל האותיות בדיו צבע זהבהב נאה.
יחודי: בעותק שלפנינו, ב'שער' נרשם שמות המוציאים לאור, שלמה ברוך צופיוף ומשה פנחס צופיוף ס"ט כמביאים לבית הדפוס ואחר השער נדפס דף מיוחד הכולל הקדמה והקדשה מהם. בשאר הטופסים השער שונה ונדפס שם המו"ל המקובל רבי מנחם מענכין היילפרין. –[ראה ב-וינוגרד מס' 12781].
