בדפוס החסידי המפואר של משפחת שפירא המיוחסת, רבי חנינא ליפא ורבי יהושע העשיל נכדי הרב מסלאוויטא זצ"ל.
יודלוב – מס' 1274. כתמי שימוש בעיקר בסימני מוציא, מצה, מרור וברך, כרגיל בהגדות. חסר בתחתית השער – ללא חסר בטקסט ובמסגרת. דף ט' עם קרע בפינה התחתונה ופגיעה בטקס במספר מילים בודדות. יחסית לנדירותו מצב טוב.
