A leaf of Hanhagos laden with Halachic innovations by Raban shel Yisroel Rabbeinu author of the Nefesh Chaim (and some on behalf of Hagra), copying from the original leaf that was written close to hearing the words by his disciple close to his passing "close to the year of 1821".

The Hanhagos include several more familiar matters from the Beis Midrash of Hagra (such as the rigorous instrcution not to cancel the Tena'im after an engagement if things do not go well for the couple but get married and immediately divorce) and some less familiar. The Hanhagos include priceless innovations such as: "My teacher had asked Hagra whether a person studying who at the beginning of his study had the proper state of mind and then was distracted ... and Hagra responded that there is nothing to it ...". The things are not arranged in a particular order and concern matters of the four species, Talmud Torah, Ma'asrot, Muktzeh and more.

The Gaon Rabbi Meir Soloveitchik the Rosh Yeshivas Brisk the Griz saw this delightful treasure. The Gaon Rabbi Meir did not hide his enthusiasm and read the leaf from beginning to end in a pleasant tume and said that just as a drunk is not saturated by his wine and wishes to drink more and more so he feels about this leafdocumenting the Hanhagos of Rabboteinu Hagra and his great disciple the Gaon Rabbi Chaim of Volozhin.

Appears in the Sefer Chazitiha by Rabbi Meir, section B, p. 269.
