A pair of large late Victorian profusely detailed balluster form hallmarked silver sugar casters or possibly pot pourrie by George Fox. Depicting rural scenes of Bacchanalian merriment on ball and claw feet. Nice crisp hallmarks to all four pieces, George Fox, London 1903.
H28cm W12cm and total weight 1690g
Condition: One of the casters has a very slight lean which could be easily rectified.
