Russian Empire vintage rare medal - In memory of the 50th anniversary of the service of Professor I. V. Buyalsky. In the middle is a bas-relief profile portrait of Professor Buyalsky's. There is an explanatory inscription in Russian on the border - From the Imperial Medical-Surgical Academy and the Russian medical class. The signature of the medalist at the bottom in the edge of the arm - P. Brusnitsyn. Russian Empire, Bronze, 1864.
