AN ANTIQUE TIBETAN GILT-SILVER AND NIELLO AMULET
Intricate composite 19th-century amulet that includes a round, hollow capsule (possibly for storing sacred objects) with four rings for hanging. A silver figured plate decorated with colored crystals is attached to the capsule. The connection is adorned with coral and silver beads. The silver parts are gilded and decorated with traditional niello ornaments.
