On front, depiction of proposed building within frame supported by pillars, with central Hebrew text: "Talmud Torah and Yeshiva of Kiryat Sefer, and Kitchen and Dormitory for Refugees, in the Holy City of Jerusalem." Sides bear Hebrew text regarding the foundation of the institution in memory of Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai, with the approbation of "Torah Sages and The Righteous of the Generation."
