"Our Heritage" is a Soviet and then Russian cultural-historical magazine founded in 1988. Academician Dmitry Sergeevich Likhachev was the inspirer and ideologist of the publication. 

Synthetic in genres and themes: literature and philosophy; painting and architecture; theatre and music. It was the first magazine in the new Russia that combined serious content, modern design and exemplary polygraphic execution. Its main focus is to bring back to its readers the works of forgotten philosophers, writers, artists; to publish memoirs, letters, archival materials on Russian history and culture; to tell stories about private collections of works of art, architectural monuments, museum vaults, the culture of the Russian provinces.
