a. A letter in the handwriting and with the signature of Rabbi Meshulam Roth, to the Chief Rabbi of Israel, Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac HaLevi Herzog, regarding his book of responsa "Kol Mevaser". Bnei Brak, 1957.
Rabbi Meshulam Roth (1875-1963), referred to by the Gaon Tschebin as the "Gadol HaDor". Born in Galicia to a family of Chortkov Chassidim, learned Torah from the great Rabbis Rabbi Yaakov Weidenfeld, Rabbi Avraham Steinberg author of "Machaze Avraham" and Av Beit Din of Brody, and Rabbi Meir Arik. At the age of 13 he was already known throughout the Jewish world as "The genius from Horodenka". He was a Dayan and halachic ruler in Romania and later in Israel. A Dayan on the Great Rabbinical Court and a member of the Israeli Chief Rabbinate Council. Author of the responsa "Kol Mevaser".

b. A long letter in the handwriting and with the signature of Rabbi Yaakov Avigdor Av Beit Din of Mexico, to Rabbi Simcha Elberg, editor of "HaPardes".
The letter is regarding the monthly journal "HaPardes" – an explanation of the ingredients of several foods and their kosher status on Pesach.
Rabbi Yaakov Avidgor (1896-1967) was ordained as a Rabbi at the age of 16. Rabbi and Av Beit Din of Drohobycz-Boryslav and the environs, which including eight towns, until the Second World War. He survived the Holocaust and established a Beit Din for Agunot of the Holocaust. In 1946 he emigrated to America and served as the Rabbi of the "Chovavei Torah" congregation of Brooklyn and as the Rosh Yeshiva of "Rabbi Shlomo Kluger" in Manhattan. Six years later he was appointed as Chief Rabbi of Mexico. He wrote 30 books on various topics: halachic responsa, Biblical commentaries, Jewish history, Jewish philosophy and more.

c. A letter from "Rabbi Aliezer Adler son of Rabbi Yosef Rebbe of Zvhil who dwells here in Los Angeles". Sent to the scribe Rabbi Yisrael Spiegel. 1981.
The letter discusses the book "Nezer Yisrael" by the Rebbe of Chortkov, which was re-printed. He also quotes an interesting story which he heard in his childhood in Jerusalem when he was with the Rabbi from Berezhany and Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaCohen Kook, with the optician Dr. Ticho's brother.
