Amazing social welfare medal 1st class.
A rather rare decoration to find in 1st class.
Ribbon is full length but shows much soiling and staining due to poorStorage condition.
Enamel is however fully intact (it is enamel and not polished plasticas on copies).
Dimensions are also textbook (52x56mm).
