Farmer Chasing After His Pigs Tin Toy
Made by James Fallows Company of Philadelphia - 1880's - 8 3/4" Long. This represents one of the most colorful and charismatic of the Fallows articulated platform toys. The farmer is seen chasing after a pair of pigs who seem determined not to be turned into bacon. The outsize pigs seem to be enjoying the chase. This toy is beautifully preserved. Early toys are only rarely found in such great condition.
